Construction has kicked off at Kirkstall Road.

We took the opportunity to get out in the sunshine and visit site last week, taking a group of Architectural Engineering students we’re mentoring from the University of Leeds.

This project is transforming a vacant brownfield site on the western fringe of Leeds City Centre into 618 high-quality build-to-rent apartments across five buildings, complete with riverside views and extensive new public spaces. The development features over 10,000 sq ft of amenity space, including a residents lounge, co-working hub, gym, 3,800 sq ft of commercial space, and private roof terraces.
