Steel signing milestone at Newgate Street Health and Wellbeing Hub, Worksop 💚

We’re delivering civil and structural engineering services from concept to completion on this transformative £8.5m project, designed by our friends at Anotherkind Architects 👏

Working with Tilbury Douglas and Bassetlaw District Council, this scheme is breathing new life into a long-vacant site. Procured through the Pagabo Framework, the development will create a modern, purpose-built health and wellbeing hub, leased to the NHS and operated by Newgate Medical Group to significantly enhance healthcare provision for the local community. The steel signing, marked by a ceremony on 4th September, represents a big milestone in the project 🙌
