An exciting development for the East Midlands region!

Planning has now been submitted for the £59m new leisure centre and office hub at Cadley Park, Swadlincote 💚

This scheme represents a major investment in South Derbyshire, replacing the existing Green Bank Leisure Centre with a modern, community‑focused facility and introducing a flexible office space designed as a future hub – either for the council’s planned unitary authority or to be let to other occupiers. We’re providing civil, structural and geotechnical engineering and transport planning services.

A special shout‑out to our geotechnical team, whose work has been crucial in helping unlock this former mining site for development. It’s great to be bringing our leisure-sector expertise to a project that will have such a positive impact in our home region 🙌
