Sheffield is on the rise – and we’re proud to be a part of it 💚
Check out these stunning shots 😍 of the West Bar Build-to-Rent scheme, completed last year – 368 beautifully designed apartments across two blocks, right in the heart of the West Bar regeneration area. Designed by 5plus architects, engineered by us, and delivered by Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd.
And we’re just getting started.
Our newly launched Sheffield office is now just across the road, working on the exciting Weston Tower project – an £80m BTR scheme, transforming a vacant site into 340 homes, with Packaged Living and Buccleuch. We’re delivering a full suite of services: civil, structural & geotechnical engineering, flood risk assessment, transport planning, and highway design.
We’re so happy to keep playing a role in the transformation of a city we love 🙌
