Project complete 🎉

The Bletchley View masterplan has transformed two underused brownfield sites near Milton Keynes into a vibrant community hub. This development features 184 homes, including affordable and shared ownership options, as well as flexible community spaces and large retail units. The project aimed to harmonise with the town’s character and contribute to Bletchley’s regeneration, with six new buildings arranged around landscaped podium gardens, over ground floor car parking.

Sustainability is at the heart of Bletchley View, with carbon reduction measures like air-source heat pumps and a mechanical ventilated heat recovery system. The Redway, a dedicated cycle pathway, promotes active transportation and enhances connectivity between the railway and town centre. Close collaboration with Network Rail ensured safety and efficiency, making Bletchley View a landmark development for the community 🚀🌳
