Project news: approval for carbon zero, Passivhaus designed Woodfall View.

We’re delighted to work with Pick Everards, Chord Consult, Chevin Homes Planning & Design and Golby + Luck on Woodfall View; designed to be Carbon Zero in operation and constructed to Passivhaus standards.

Built on a sloping site and terraced to take advantage of the fantastic views, the scheme provides 700m2 of modern accommodation including a subterranean swimming pool and wellness zone. Drawing on precedent from the local area through material and form, the main home aims to blend into the site over time, leaving the form of the simple utilitarian barn as the only discernible element in the landscape.
