Branston Lock Primary School

A new build primary school created to service an existing and expanding residential community is designed to accommodate 420 primary school as well as 52 nursery places. The school opens September 2024. Key to this project, and in order to meet DfE’s sustainability objectives, the development is set to achieve Net Zero Carbon in Operation at handover, using highly energy efficient fabric and services, offset by onsite renewables.
