We collaborated closely with the broader design team to successfully obtain planning permission for 161 homes on a partially allocated and topographically complex site. In addition to delivering high-quality housing, the scheme incorporates green corridors and introduces a new link road which aims to alleviate traffic congestion in the heart of Bolsover, resulting in significant environmental and public realm enhancements.
