West Bar in Sheffield is a mixed-use project; part of a major redevelopment in Sheffield city centre and currently on site. Once complete, West Bar will feature four buildings, including 368 residential BTR apartments, two HQ offices totalling 100,000 sq ft and a 450-space multi-storey car park. We are appointed to provide full civil and structural engineering and transport planning services, including S278 works.
